I had the most comfortable and peaceful stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, quiet, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. The hotel facilities, especially the spa, were great. The staff, especially the concierge staff, were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent, right next to St Isaac's Cathedral, with buses arriving all day. The in-house Italian restaurant was very good and breakfast was delicious.
